Sponsoring
The INCF provides sponsorship possibilities for companies and organizations with an interest in the neuroinformatics community.
Three different sponsor packages are available. All packages include sponsors acknowledgement in the abstract book, and on the congress website, including an active link to the page of their choice. The congress web site visibility greatly benefits from Google AdWords and links from prestigious scientific resources, such as Nature Neuroscience Gateway, Society for Neuroscience and neuroinformatics portals of a number of countries.

Sponsor is provided with a small booth area of approximately 3 m2 for the duration of the meeting. This includes basic furniture, like chair and small table, and a back wall/board suitable for posters. |

Sponsor is provided with a large booth area of approximately 6 m2 for the duration of the meeting. This includes basic furniture, like chairs and table, and a back wall/board suitable for posters. |
All booths will be located either in the poster exhibition rooms or in the hallway between the assembly hall and the poster exhibition rooms, where lunch and coffee will be served, allowing for maximum exposure.
In addition, all congress participants, including attending sponsor representatives, are encouraged to submit abstracts for the poster and demo sessions. Please note that all attendees, including sponsor representatives, need to register online.
